Income - 3 times the rent amount

Employment - Employment from 6 months to a year is great. 

Rental History - We contact your previous landlord for payment history and additional information. 

Credit History - Checking payment history on any lines of credit that may or may not have paid off. (Student loans and medical bills can be overlooked)

Evictions - Check for evictions within the last 3 to 5 years, no foreclosures or bankruptcy within the last 3 to 5 years.
