Our Process

Step 1 - Viewing the property 

Step 2 - Submit your application. Our application fee is $35 per adult (ages 18 and up)

Step 3 - Send in all proof of income, ID and Social Security Card

Step 4 - If approved, pay your deposit

Step 5 - Sign your lease 

Step 6 - Activate utilities in your name

Step 7 - Pay rent and move in! 

Step 8 - ENJOY YOUR NEW HOME
